CEMCO began in 1975 as a small company with a big idea. Founders, L.F. and Carla Perry, established CEMCO on land that has been in Mrs. Perry’s family since the late 1800s. Mr. Perry’s experience in designing and building mobile batch plants culminated in the best design yet — the CEMCO batch plant. Mrs. Perry’s business experience was a firm foundation for the necessary financial details. Truly a Mom and Pop business.
From the very beginning, CEMCO sought to provide a service that was second to none through honest communication, dedicated 24-hour phone support, and reliable parts supply chain. CEMCO understands what it takes to run a successful concrete operation and we are willing to work as hard as our customers to ensure that they are successful.
Our portable plants have produced concrete for nuclear facilities, state DOT jobs, wind-farms, Army Corps of Engineers sites and numerous additional projects with demanding concrete specifications.
